ISACA is preparing to transition to a new association management system that will deliver more valuable, relevant and personalized information to ISACA members.
ISACA’s previous association management system has been in place for 20 years, and the level of customization over the years has made it impossible for ISACA to make additional critical updates. The new solution is more modern and functional, which will benefit ISACA members, website users and ISACA staff.
“We look forward to this big step in our digital-first journey,” said ISACA CEO David Samuelson.
As part of the transition, the ISACA website will need to be taken offline for approximately six days, tentatively planned for 8-13 September (all members will receive ample notice should dates change).
During that time:
- The website will not be accessible.
- No certification exams can be taken.
- There will be no access to digital products, such as online courses, e-books and exam prep materials.
- Chapter websites that are hosted on ISACA’s Engage platform will be unavailable.
- ISACA’s customer experience team will not have access to members’ information or transaction histories, so customer support will temporarily be limited.
To prepare for this period, please ensure that you download or print any materials or information you need from these sources in advance of the outage.
Once the transition takes place, there will be several improved and streamlined experiences for visitors to the ISACA website. The “Log In” and “My Info” pages of the website will look different, as will the renewal process. Registration will be simplified for ISACA Global events, and there will be a more efficient checkout process, as well as better ways to search ISACA products.
Tutorial videos will be available to help users understand the changes, and regular reminders will be sent until the dates of the scheduled blackout. Further communication will be provided about changes to the ISACA website, including notice that all individuals will need to reauthenticate their ISACA profile.
